Refund policy

Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase/order number.

Starting a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ninthofone.com. Please note: returns must be sent back to the Netherlands and are at the customer’s own expense.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. This depends on the shipping service used. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of the return and initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day European Union Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within ten business days via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
